Not jailed, he is to be released tonight right? they were talking about it on Isaac and Suke. They said he was cuffed but not charged with anything.

The article mentioned he was jailed last night & released this afternoon with no charges filed, so I am hoping it was just a misunderstanding and he can focus.

I recall reading an article earlier in the year that he is married with child, ex-military. Hopefully it was a misunderstanding and nothing serious. As the DA did not file charges it appears that way.
