Right. On the one hand, your bargaining power goes up because you have greater numbers, and on the other, your bargaining power goes down because your members lost an alternative employer.

I work in the Healthcare Admin field and there is rumblings the state of Oregon/OHA may block the closure of the hospital (at least the ER component). It would double travel times to an ER from west and south Eugene if that ER closed.
