He's going viral for having possibly violated the age of consent but you don't need to actually break the law or be proven guilty to be found guilty by the Commissioner for "conduct detrimental to the league." In relation to Kyrie saying stupid stuff and Ja waving guns around it will be interesting to see how Adam Silver responds to the optics of it.
