This will be ugly. If we lose by less than 15, it's a moral victory.

Edit: 26 is a moral victory.

While watching #2 UCLA stomping us tonight I'm going to put some of the blame on Stanford's coach Tara Vandermeer. Last year she had Lauren Betts the #1 recruit in the country and played her less than 10 minutes a game, 10th on the team in average minutes per game. It's not like she wasn't ready, she was 1st or 2nd on the team in Points, Rebounds and blocks per game per minute. So she transferred to guard rich UCLA and averages 17 and 10 in just 24 minutes per game. Created another top 5 team to deal with twice a season.

Tara has been really rigid in giving out minutes. I remember watching and Belibi not playing. Thinking how she would look good in a Duck uniform.
I was also impressed - until last year - how Tara never lost anyone

We have to pray and hope the two players coming next year can make somewhat of an impact...
Or else Graves will be right where Bev Smith and Paul Westhead were at the end of their UO coaching careers. Where the teams had some talent but mindless basketball

Angela Dugalic would have looked nice in green.

It’s not X’s and O’s, it’s Sabrina’s and Ruthies. And noBody wants to play in this progrum right now. WRI?shoparound wrote:We have to pray and hope the two players coming next year can make somewhat of an impact...
