Wow, that was great. Thomas puts some GREAT zip on his throws. However, his receivers seemed to be covered most of the time so he had to make really good throws. Was that because he locked on to them or was the coverage good? He runs just like Dixon, but looks a little more fluid. Costa still has pretty good speed considering the surgeries he's had and he delivers in short routes.

Barner and Alston (as well as the walk-ons) looked really good. I only saw on hand-off to LMJ so yeah.

When DT runs with the ball, he seems to do a better job keeping it tucked in than Masoli... Less likelihood of getting stripped.

Barner is going to be a beast

He should have a shot at leading the conference in all purpose yardage this year.

I like how Costa can actually spread the ball down the field.

Seemed like 90% of our passing plays with Masoli were straight to the flat or an inside screen.

Really nothing that we don't already know but still good press, especially for the defense and we could definitely use some good PR work about our D and what they did last year.
