olu last year and emory this year... just can't seem to buy any good fortune with the officials. they pick up all sort of phantom calls, and have to get absolutely mugged to get anything when they get fouled.

we've missed 3 point-blank lay ins tonight. man that bugs me. offense is looking pretty good on the whole, though.

Found a better stream: http://www.vipbox.tv/basketball/142426/ ... nline.html

As for the game, Oregon has shaken off last weekend's performance. They look more aggressive on offense but need to kick it up a notch on defense. Right now UW is getting just about any shot it wants.

Glad Carter hit the FT's. Wish I had more confidence in the rest of the team at the line.

Loyd playing completely out of control
“If everybody in this room just want to be real with themselves, this game could have went either way,” he said. “We turned the ball over a lot. We beat ourself. Just be real with yourself right now. We beat ourself.”

Bill Walton just said that Woods brings toughness to Oregon

Nothing new there. They've been doing that all year.

Nice play to close the half and good defensive effort to stop a last-second heave.

Not a bad half at all. Certainly better than the last several games.

Dotson and Singler have been great. Artis needs to be more aggressive on the offensive end.

Man, being in the Midwest, I get to watch a lot more B10/ACC/BEAST games, and from the few UO games I've seen this year, it seems that its not that Oregon gets screw by the refs, just that the refs are clueless. Every P12 game I see, I am amazed by how many awful calls and no calls happen. I went to a MAC school, and our refs were far more consistent than these guys.

We've been dealing with incompetent and inconsistent refs for over a decade now so it's just one of those things that people have gotten used to, sort of like the rain in the Pacific NW.
