Re: OFFICIAL DRAFT THREAD (Lakers on the clock)
I think we should have a draft thread strictly for the picks and another one for discussion.

it works well enough bled together, it's pretty clear when someone makes a pick.Phenom wrote:I think we should have a draft thread strictly for the picks and another one for discussion.

Draft was a little short noticed. Can I recommend that you auto best available or close to.. for the guys who don't show up for the 1st round. Would hate for someone to quit before it gets started.UOducksTK1 wrote:Goose has about 20 minutes...

I'd just give him Barkley and call it good.

Re: OFFICIAL DRAFT THREAD (Warriors on the clock)
Will they all start on one year contracts then? As I can only find their yearly salaries on their, not the length of the contract at a particular time...UOducksTK1 wrote:basketball-reference.comdd10snoop28 wrote:Where can I find the RL contracts for back then? Re: OFFICIAL DRAFT THREAD (Lakers on the clock)
Is there a way to make the draft eligible players show best available ? I just don't know to much about the players in this year as I was born in '88.

I'm asking TK right now, Hawks follow Lakers so we'll move to the Bulls here soon with the Jazz following.

You can sort players by their ratings (Inside, Outside, Handling, Defense, Rebounding). That might give you an idea of who some of the top players are.FlDuckFan wrote:Is there a way to make the draft eligible players show best available ? Re: OFFICIAL DRAFT THREAD (Warriors on the clock)
No, Jordan's is 2 years. He had two years left on his rook contract (team options).pudgejeff wrote:Will they all start on one year contracts then? I just look for patterns or try to google the players name to find how many years he was signed. Maybe basketball-reference isn't the best link, but I'll try my best to make their contracts whatever they were then.
