This could very well be a case of over-reaction by the cops and besides if she was really hot did he really have a choice lol.

The TCU situation is the more serious story, the Wilder situation should not have made news depending on what REALLY happened.

Problem stems from the fact that, by law, in virtually every state, physical contact of almost any kind, which is initiated by a private citizen, rather than the law enforcement officer, is considered a crime, regardless of the situation.

This includes grabbing, biting, pushing, hitting, spitting, urinating, heck, in some cases, even bleeding on an officer.
