Re: Oregon vs LSU (NIT 1st Round)
We are probably the second worst road team in the SEC, and from what I hear y'all are stacked with upperclassmen.
I hope we give y'all a good game.

How do you guys like Trent Johnson? Just wondering, because he had a lot of success at Stanford with the Lopez twins.Bud Lee wrote:We are probably the second worst road team in the SEC, and from what I hear y'all are stacked with upperclassmen.

Trent Johnson was hated at Stanford, not sure where you got lots of success at.

He was feeling the heat this year before we went on a winning streak. I’m okay with him, I think he makes the best with what he has.

Watching this kinda sucks honestly, makes me wish we were playing in the tournament. We are a solid team.

Nice to hear Gottlieb stand up for Oregon and say they should be in the Tournament.

He took them to the Tourney 3 out 4 years
And that was during the toughest stretch of conference strength in recent history

Thank God Devoe made that three! Oregon looked like they may have gotten complacent, but that three stopped the LSU run.

Let's hope Oregon keeps this up next game! Glad they get another home game! Random question, how does the NIT choose who gets to play at home?

Very nice performance. Oregon was hot and played terrific D.
I've never been impressed with Trent Johnson. As others stated, Stanford fans hated him. Great recruiter, mediocre coach. Kind of like Mark Gottfried.

“If everybody in this room just want to be real with themselves, this game could have went either way,” he said. “We turned the ball over a lot. We beat ourself. Just be real with yourself right now. We beat ourself.”
