i'm running out of things to say about keudell. just phenomenal.
i honestly don't know what his mlb prospects are like. improved, obviously (understatement alert!). he's certainly worked his way into one of the top 10 rounds (i believe he was 38th round last year?). we'll start getting more draft projections here pretty soon.
the best part of ak's success is that, theoretically, it gives horton a platform to talk to juniors who are mid-round picks (your kc serna's, danny pulfer's, jack marder's) who are leaning towards taking the money instead of coming back one more year. obviously if kids want to go pro they'll go pro, but now these kids are seeing (especially our GIANT sophomore class) how coming back for their senior year can benefit them draft-wise.
