Re: MLB Playoffs
Because of where I live I would like to see a beltway World Series, Nats and Orioles, I would certainly go to a game or two. Nats to win it all would be cool!!

Re: MLB Playoffs
My Cincy pick isn't bad, but Oakland lost a tight game 2. Good news is Detroit is the worst road playing team in the playoffs, so still some hope.

Re: MLB Playoffs
we've got ourselves two 1-1 series with baltimore/new york and washington/st. louis.
detroit and cincinnati are both looking to punch their tickets to the next round shortly... but the a's have defied logic all year, so you never know there. i don't have much faith in the giants bouncing back.

Re: MLB Playoffs
NO WAY! I went to bed after the bottom of the 8th, A's down 3-1. I thought they had lost forsure, and then I go check the scores from yesterday. Haha! Crazyness, let's hope they call pull it out in game 5.

Giants are up 6 - 3 in the bottom of the 6th. Reds have a little something going right now.

Ugly double play to slow down the inning. Dumb.ncduck wrote:Giants are up 6 - 3 in the bottom of the 6th. Reds have a little something going right now.

Re: MLB Playoffs
I'm a fourth generation Giants fan. I liked the double play. We may be the first team to win 3 in a row over the Reds in Cincy this season.

Re: MLB Playoffs
Definitely looking like it. It'd take another A's like miracle to pull off the win.ncduck wrote:I'm a fourth generation Giants fan. I liked the double play. We may be the first team to win 3 in a row over the Reds in Cincy this season.
