2-2 after 6 oregon scored twice in 6th to tie but left bases loaded. in bottom of 6 usc left bases loaded

Walk-off homer in the bottom of the 9th by USC. They win 2-3.

Hopefully as early as next season, we can get some kind of offense going. If that happens, Oregon could be a pretty good team. Until then, we will just have to suffer from the growing pains. That's to be expected though with basically an expansion team.

I think if these young guys get the full year under their belts they will start to come around with the bats. Plus for next year find some JC guys with big bats that could maybe come in and help.'

USC scores 4 in bottom of the 7th and 4 in 8th........

Man they really fell apart at the end. Most f it was their own mistakes too.

Looking at the scores of the game this past weekend, we are giving up big runs late in the ball games. I would ask if we are leaving our starters in too long, but our relievers are giving up big runs too. Maybe its a combination, get the starter out quicker to give the bull pen a better set up....I dont know. I think this young staff is starting to hit a wall. any thoughts on that?
