Oregon @ #18 UNLV (W 83-79)
Fri, Nov 23 Nevada-Las Vegas at Las Vegas, Nev. 6:00 p.m. CBS Sports Network
Funny how the teams UNLV has played, we have also played:
Northern Arizona W 92-54
Jacksonville St. W 77-58
And we get to see Anthony Bennett, Artis' teammate and a heavily duck recruited player.

we've played the same teams because we're in the same global showcase tournament.
i don't think we win this. not in vegas. love to be wrong.

Maybe not going to win it but definitely a good test for this young team. Hopefully Emory can go because the Ducks will need all the athleticism they can get against UNLV.oregontrack wrote:we've played the same teams because we're in the same global showcase tournament.

Oregon will definitely have to take care of the ball versus UNLV if they want to stay in the game. Can't let them get rolling in the fast-break game, and hopefully our shooters don't go cold for extended periods of time. Woods will need to be a factor down-low, and I think he will be. Also, it sounds like Emory and Austin should be good-to-go for the game.
Going to miss the Maehl Man

Wish we could have gotten Bennett into school. He is looking like everything he was made out to be.

Odd how hostile Bennett is, even yelling at our bench after one of his first shots. Too bad he gives ZERO effort on D. What a chump.

Not overly impressed with Waverly Austin so far this season. Big body but doesn't seem to really bring anything else to the table.

Welp, the refs have decided to be the stars of this game. Typical home cooking calls. Too bad the Pac 12 refs never do the same thing for our teams.

Re: Oregon @ #18 UNLV (Friday 6pm pst)
UNLV is getting some major home cooking, pathetic.
“If everybody in this room just want to be real with themselves, this game could have went either way,” he said. “We turned the ball over a lot. We beat ourself. Just be real with yourself right now. We beat ourself.”
