Re: NBA Playoffs
I think you meant to write the Magic over the Celtics. Boston just isn't the same team without Garnett. The west is loaded. It wouldn't shock me to see a lower seed or two advance in the west. I agree that Cleveland is the team to beat right now, at least in the east. Homecourt advantage or not, Lebron is amazing.

Re: NBA Playoffs
Aaron Brooks had another great game, but Roy was unstoppable.

Go Lakers!! I'm am just loving how Brooks is playing too. Great to see an NBA Duck finally represent in a big way. He's been arguably the best player for the Rockets so far.

Blazers with a strong come back in game 3. Came up a bit short though.
Refs were awful again.

Without the charity stripe, Houston wouldn't have had a chance.
Just remember, guys like Yao and Shaq are picked on... They need protection!

The officiating is just ridiculous. Yao had one foul??? Give me a freaking break. The NBA pisses me off.

Re: NBA Playoffs
If the Rockets win this series against the Blazers I will obviously be rooting for Brooks bigtime in the next round. However, I wish him nothing but failure against the Blazers. It has been great to see Blake outplay him the past 3 games. Unfortunately, the Blazers only got 1 win out of those 3 games (should have been 2). Hopefully Blake can outplay him again in Game 6 and the Blazers can somehow pull out an elusive road victory, forcing a Game 7. That would be an epic game with the Rose Garden going nuts.

Re: NBA Playoffs
I don't see how you can say that. Yeah the games themselves were dissapointing if you're a Blazer fan but this season was more than anyone expected. To make the playoffs, have homecourt & be in the position that they were in. Blazer fans should be overjoyed & absolutely pumped for next season. As a Laker fan....I'm scared.duckgrad99 wrote:Disappointing playoffs for the Blazers.

They had a solid season, but to go out in the first round of the playoffs is always disappointing. I'm actually a Lakers fan myself.

Re: NBA Playoffs
I think for the Blazers just making the playoffs this year was really good. All the bandwagon fans don't think so, of course. And glad to know I'm not the only Laker on here. Things are looking pretty good this year. Can't wait to see Kobe own Lebron.duckgrad99 wrote:dthomas=ddixon wrote:I don't see how you can say that. i never expected them to play like that this season, Great season for TrailBlazers. They got to have chance to expernice Playoffs and they know what to expect next year.
Lets see what we will do offseason, will we make move in roster? will we trade? Sign free agents? Who do u think we will draft ? which player should we go after?
