Sounds like Wiper starts tonight and gold Tommorrow I am a little that Jones is not starting one of the games but it is probably because we are limiting his workload

wiper got nailed in hawaii, and northridge had three hits against him in the first inning here. no doubt about that HR. kid needs to calm down.

the ump is giving an extreme corner on the outside. two K's (one for each pitcher) where the pitch looked like it was easily 6-8 inches off the plate. both hitters (one healy) had words as they walked off.

I don't think he would if we had Jones at 100%. Jones/Gold/Irvin/Reed should be our top 4, although Reed has struggled a bit too.

reed is mowing through the line-up the first time through, but is losing focus in the 4th and 5th innings. teams are adjusting to what they're seeing from him, it's on reed now to make the proper adjustments.

7-2 ducks... thomas with a single, then comes all around to score on a bad error by the catcher, who threw the ball into right field.

In a early-week or non-weekend series, getting pitchers like him some work isn't the worst thing in the world. Get them some work as a starter and see if they can handle it. If not, move on to someone else. They'll need some non-typical starters in case of multiple games during tournament play.
