Nice to see some of these former Ducks win some Tourney games.

Cal has a chance here in the last 5 but they've got to make stops.

Anyone know where Jabari Brown is right now?
“If everybody in this room just want to be real with themselves, this game could have went either way,” he said. “We turned the ball over a lot. We beat ourself. Just be real with yourself right now. We beat ourself.”

Re: NCAA TOURNAMENT THREAD
Living and working in the Seattle area, where the "Zags" seem to be a kind of adopted or even "fall-back" team when the Huskies aren't very good, I feel kind of guiltily giddy about Gonzaga losing today, especially with the Ducks advancing to the Sweet 16 (and this being the fourth straight year Gonzaga has gone down in the round of 32?). Could be a fun week at work for me.
Frankly, though, in general I must admit that I wanted pretty much all of those teams with former Ducks on them to not advance -- so I'm not happy Marquette has escaped twice. But I'm most pleased that Jabari is sitting home.

FGCU, wow. History in the making.
Really bummed Butler lost. I really dislike Marquette this tournament. I had Davidson beating them, which they did until the last second. And then Butler faded at the end to help Marquette pull away also.
Rooting for Arizona this weekend.

Re: NCAA TOURNAMENT THREAD
I don't. I believe it was Gottlieb who actually brought up Jabari at Oregon and he said something along the lines of he "didn't get enough minutes in his first game so he left" and the others all chuckled at that. Weird situation and I'm glad we have Dotson instead.Boom wrote:It's hard for me to consider him a former Duckuostudent wrote:Anyone know where Jabari Brown is right now?
