Great player. Just wish he wasn't a senior.

I liked this part on why he chose Oregon:

Because Kazemi had decided to transfer late in the summer, he said his options were limited to schools on the quarter system. He reached out to Oregon initially, he said, and soon narrowed his choices to the Ducks and Kentucky. After checking Oregon's below-average rebounding statistics from last year, he chose the Ducks because he believed he could help them the most.

Dude's a beast, like 303 said, wish he wasn't a senior.

Great decision to leave Rice though.

Every good bball squad has a monster on the boards. I hope the young bigs see the work he puts in going after them and someone takes over for him next year in that capacity.

In my 20 years of following Oregon basketball, Kazemi is in my top 10 of favorite players. Does he have a shot at the NBA?

AK would help his chances of playing in the NBA, if he develops a 15ft shot. Also not sure if he is quick enough to keep up with PF in the NBA. Also doesn't help that he's 6'7 225, and would regulatory be going against guys like Aldridge or Love who are 6'11. That's a lot of height to give up.

I think he's a good enough defender to get noticed. He's got some ball skills, great footwork and positioning, and elite anticipation. I think he will find his way in with a system team like San Antonio after a year or two in the D-League.

Good choice, San Antonio seems to like International players.

I think with his height he would have to learn to play SG or SF to make it in the NBA. He definitely needs to develop a mid-range to three point shot.

I can't even recall him taking any shot longer than 10 feet. The one ten footer he air balled so bad. AK was a great player for us, but I don't see him playing in the NBA.

I think he is the same player as Reggie Evans. He's done OK in the NBA
