Wish the Duck men could snare a couple of this level sprinter every couple years... That may well be the missing piece in coming up short of the Men's NCAA Title.

Oregon needs a stronger springting corps if they ever hope to compete against the likes of Texas A&M, FSU, LSU, and Florida. Having strong sprinters has become the key to titles since there are just so many more sprinting events than distance (100, 200, 400, 4x100, 4x400, 110 hurdles, 400 hurdles vs. 800, 1600, 5000, 10000)

Wasn't it just a couple seasons ago that any points in the sprint relays would have won the Ducks an NCAA Title?

that said, if centro hadn't broken his leg a few years back oregon would have cruised to the team title.

Or . . . was that the year that Cyrus Hostetler sort of choked in the javelin at the NCAAs? . . .

A thought occurred; the BCS was a crystal football, but will the new playoff trophy be the same?

The men literally won the championship this year. They're already competing. In fact, they're winning.
