Many of us older fans can, I'm sure, remember their Mother's/sisters/Grandmas sewing on a regular basis.

My wife was preparing to sew a dress for our 8 year old granddaughter, using a pattern handed down through the family from at least 50 years ago. On reading the directions which came from the original distributor, she saw this line:

"To adjust the pattern for the chubbier girl, please see other side."

Sheesh!
