Probably. And even if he wasn't, people would still offer him max.

Looking like a lot of players going to get overpaid this offseason huh. Is that due to the free agency class, or is that a regular in this league?

You get a few GM offering guys max who don't deserve it, it happens in any league with guys with less experience.

No that I figured, I was just wondering if it happens often in this league. Looks like for the most part we're all going to have to overpay if we want good players lol.

There's also only a couple teams with extra money this year. You'll probably see teams retain their own fa players with bird rights but after that there may be some players hat get less than you might expect.
