For some reason, I get the feeling that Pellum is still experimenting a bit to possibly see what works against stuff that Oregon will see later in the season. I think Wyoming is running similar stuff to Stanford (albeit not as powerful or heavy) and this is a good game to test new defensive wrinkles and combinations.
