You’ve heard, and I’ve heard it and it makes NO sense when you look at all the facts. The media is just lazy. You didn't hear about Wisconsin not being physical after being demolished 59-0. You didn't hear that about Alabama after tOSU rushed for more yards against them than they did against Oregon. It seems the only way they can shake the label is to win a national title, but that is a standard that's very steep for a team to change it's identity and seems like the easy out by journalists and analysts to keep the easy narrative on Oregon going.
