Nelson still looks awesome on offense.. If he can play both sides, that'd be sweet.

Missing Grasu. Two snaps in a row by different centers, two turnovers.

Is Mahalak on the green squad? Surprised he hasn't seen any reps but Alie, Griffin, and Jonsen all have.
NVM, looked it up, he is. Although so far it's clearly Lockie and then everyone else.

Early impressions...
Addison is an absolute stud. One of the top skill position athletes in the Pac-12
Our running game is so strong. Freeman, Tyner, and Benoit all look great. Brooks-James hasn't had a nice run yet, but it's early.
Like Oregonian said, Lockie looks like the best QB.
I like Nelson a lot. He looks great on offense and defense.

Mahalak has a really live arm, might be his one advantage over Lockie. It's really hard to see how well any of these guys really manage the offense given the way the tempo has been going so far though.
lol, Nelson with a pick too. God, wtf was Griffin doing there? Only way that's forgivable is if it was a WR-option route.

Yeah it's hard to gauge the QBs, but Lockie looks easily the most comfortable and smooth right now. I still think Adams will e starting opening day.Oregonian wrote:Mahalak has a really live arm, might be his one advantage over Lockie. Looked like Carrington cut his route short.

Night and day difference for Benoit from what I've seen out of him before. Hard to tell if Brooks-James is getting a fair shake with the Gold squad, seems like he keeps getting swarmed immediately.

Tyner was able to get some nice runs with the Gold squad, but ya maybe that has a little to do with it. Either way, he looks slow and doesn't show much energy. Hopefully just an off day.Oregonian wrote:Night and day difference for Benoit from what I've seen out of him before. Nice to see Jalen Brown make a play.
