It's down to Fleck or Chip. Apparently this guy under the moniker "DC Duck" is almost never wrong and that's what he said in a thread. I'm not VIP so I can't read everything he's said but apparently that was the gist of what he wrote.
At the end of that thread they are saying Fleck is a done deal, if true I don't know how to feel about it. I don't know anything about him. All I can say Is I will hope for the best!

I suggest you watch some videos and read some articles about him. The more I see Fleck the more I like Fleck and the more excited I am about the prospect of him coming. I have little doubt you'll feel the same.

There is a video of fleck showing his normal day one segment really got me when he addressed the team. Every single play had there eyes on him. He had their attention. And they say he is a great recruiter. Hope it's right

I just did a little Google snooping. By all accounts he is a great recruiter, one article put him up there with Dabo Sweeney (so) Nick saban and Jim harbaugh. That's pretty good company.

Ok, if he is the guy, does he bring his entire staff? It is a real possibility that Western Michigan hires either the DC or the OC. If that's the case who does he bring in? Sorry just don't want us to run out of topics to discus. LOL
