Was he ever given a scholarship? Talk about a walk on QB that thing fell right for him, not so much the team but for him he has gotten lots of playing time as a walk on.

He was given one before last season so I assume he's still on one.

Scholarships are from year to year, so it's entirely possible that he didn't

Taylor may very well be in the mix at QB this season. We are seriously short on talent now and my guess is that Braxton Burmeister would like to redshirt thinking he could have two full seasons at the helm after Herbert leaves. WTFDIK
