It all depends on how well he recovers. It sounds like he was progressing well from his knee injury and was likely to play this season until the accident happened.StevensTechU wrote:Bummer. Really thought he should have been a safety all along, but was at WR to try to get on the field sooner (which didn't work). Hope for the best for him.
I hope we don't get similar news about Rex Manu.

The accident is not alleged. It happened. It has been kept very quiet as Manu had significant injures. Kaumatule was also in the car.jimmy12 wrote:greenyellow wrote:It all depends on how well he recovers. Was he with Rex and Canton in the car accident? (allegedly?)
Him and Canton were returning back to Eugene from a trip in CA when another car on the highway crossed over and hit them. Canton had some minor injuries while Manu was rushed to a hospital with multiple serious injuries. That's the whole story.jimmy12 wrote:You didn't asnwer my question. Was he in the car or not?
Never want to see a guy have to medically retire, but Kane would probably have rarely seen the field. Hope he does well with school!Phenom wrote:Kane never contributed and they switched him over to offense when we needed a lot of help on D. That told me a lot of him as a player.
Hope he graduates and is successful. Once a Duck...
