Only thing that still is going to bug me is Willie going conservative too often. The end of the first half in particular was just bad coaching, but I also didn't care for the first punt choice at all. 4th and 6 and you punt on the 38 yard line to get like 18 yards net?!
Maybe if you have BB at QB....but that mathmathically is just nonsense.

He looks so unhappy.
Maybe going to Ole Miss and getting his butt kicked by Bama, Auburn and LSU every year will make him happier.

Yeah, and looking at our schedule UO can win the PAC 12 next year. Why would a coach leave a situation where it's looking so promising, for one about to get crushed by the NCAA? It only makes sense in the minds of ESECn reporters and delusional sec fans.stlDUCKfan wrote:

I hope those jerkoff coaches Mike Leach and David Shaw saw this game and realized their lucky butts were only able to run up the score because of Herbert’s injury.

Yeah, that was incredibly ignorant for a wide a variety of reasons. The spot on the field (actually the 35 yard line according to the box score), the distance, Herbert at the controls, your punter isn't exactly a world beater, it is expected to be a high scoring game, etc. Anyone that understands the numbers would go for it in that situation. Willie really needs to do some self evaluation during the offseason and start studying some football analytics. There have been certain points during this season that he appears to be completely clueless.GrantDuck wrote:but I also didn't care for the first punt choice at all. 4th and 6 and you punt on the 38 yard line to get like 18 yards net?!

Yeah, was throwing the ball late in the 4th when the starters were in when the game was more than over and racking up garbage PI calls on Oregon from that idiot line judge.buckmarkduck wrote:Leach ran it up?OregonFan4Life wrote:I hope those jerkoff coaches Mike Leach and David Shaw saw this game and realized their lucky butts were only able to run up the score because of Herbert’s injury.

How was the crowd for those who attended? Seemed pretty loud when the game was close.

Two sweet statistics:
Wildcats had 27 first downs and Oregon had 3 fewer at 24. Ducks were more efficient.
Arizona ran 80 plays averaging 4.1 yards per play. The Ducks were much better with 71 plays averaging 8.3. A+

Definitely wasn’t packed and the student section simply sucks these days, but overall it was louder than expected! Most fans seemed to be very into it. This may be weird, but the best part may have been booing the refs. Those refs sucked and we let them knew that! But the booing was loud and for me booing crappy refs is fun.UOducksTK1 wrote:How was the crowd for those who attended? Seemed pretty loud when the game was close.
