I have nothing to base this on but I believe Shough is going to be a superstar QB.

I hope that like Herbert, Shough will also "hit the weight room" and add some muscle to that frame!

Yes! Kid needs to put on meat. I was going to point out skinny arms but then looked at the muscles, or lack of, in his legs. Do we have a S&C coach yet......first project!
