I just saw on Twitter that our old compatriot Mops was involved in a pretty nasty car accident (rear-ended while at a stop on Delta Hwy) a week ago and it sounds like one of his kids got hurt pretty badly.

Thoughts and prayers for their healing.

His son suffered major ligament tears in his neck and a lacerated liver... The neck injury required neck fusion surgery, and he is now wearing a "halo" brace, screwed to his skull and supported by a brace connected to his hips.

The last report I saw stated that he is not on pain meds.

Sounds like a tough kid!

I know Mops needed surgery for a broken thumb.

His younger son was also in the vehicle, but did not suffer serious injury.
