I have liked and followed the Beavs for years, they are second only to the Ducks.....but man what a bad look and a terrible start for Smith........ I wonder who the next Head Coach will be? Wait! Riley is already there! Lol

I don’t even know how this happens. I actually like Jonathan Smith but damn buddy, that’s embarrassing.

I'm not sure I understand how a school can "mistakenly" send ANY communication to athletes from another school, much less recruiting material. According to http://www.gazettetimes.com/sports/beav ... 334c6.html, "Three current Oregon State assistant coaches — special teams coordinator Jake Cookus (2015), wide receiver coach Kefense Hynson (2016) and defensive line coach Legi Suiaunoa (2o16-17) — were assistants at Hawaii within the past couple years."

Ya that doesn't make a whole lot of sense. It'd be one thing if some guys just committed and sign LOIs and they didn't know, but sending it to guys on their roster? lol.

Anyone already on the team would have signed a LOI. I was just spitballing how possibly they sent recruiting material to U of Hawaii players.
