The success PSU and SJSU have had with their's concerns me, especially when using a true FR against Stanford's TEs.

I have 100% confidence we still win this game. My only two concerns would be...
- Deep/jump balls. N'Keal Harry and JJ Arcega Whiteside will probably have great games against Graham sadly
- Offensive tempo/consistency. Hopefully it's just being vanilla the first few weeks but we haven't gotten on a roll like we would have from 09-14

Pac-12 Network can't manage to give us a slow-mo of the conversion? Come on guys, that's weak.

Should Herbert have snapped that or did the refs miss that?

Looks like Verdell went to the wrong spot but Herbert found him anyways.

If it was 4th down every play then we’d never have drops again.

Good lord, our backup kicker must be really bad. We absolutely need Stack back next week.

Seems Herbert predetermined he was going for the fade route on 3rd but connects with JJIII on the fade route on 4th down.

He caught that, but these receivers do a lot of body catching.

His kicks seem to come out really low. That isn't a good thing on fg attempts.Tray Dub wrote:Good lord, our backup kicker must be really bad. We absolutely need Stack back next week.

last week, I thought Johnson's TD catch looked like he was lucky to hold onto it after it went through his hands. This one wasn't quite as bad, but same kind of reception, caught against his chest rather than in the hands. I'm starting to think that's just how he catches it.

They have absolutely zero confidence in Emerson on anything past 30 yards which makes getting Stack back for Stanford key.Tray Dub wrote:Good lord, our backup kicker must be really bad. We absolutely need Stack back next week.
