It'd be really bad if Altman and Co. struck out on all these high-level guys since it would have been a whole lot of work for nothing with very little backup guys left who'd possibly be immediate contributors next season.

Who have we struck out on?
Hall and Guerrier are both looking like legit options. I'm sure Oregon lands at least one.
Also, Oregon is on top for Scottie Barnes in 2020. Also if N'Faly Dante reclassifies, Oregon will be one of his top few schools no doubt.
The only guy we've really gone all out for and missed so far is Aidan Igiehon.

CJ Walker is going to commit on November 21st.
It looks like Kentucky might be in the mix now as well:
