It's not here they go again more like they are finally getting the ball rolling on going after that miserable institution. Ken Starr was the school president when this went down too.

They shouldn’t have a program anymore, nor should Penn State. The difference is that Penn State has historical relevance and the NCAA can make money off of them (see last Saturday night). Nobody cares about Baylor, they are about the 5th most popular college team in their state so the NCAA will make an example of them.
