Herbert once again doesn't make any of the all-conference teams. Wonder if that possibly plays a part in him returning for his SR year.

How does Utah have nine first team players? Oregon never approached doing this well even when they were dominating the conference and Utah wasn't really any better than Oregon this year. They also have four 2nd teamers to Oregon's three.

Mitchell 2nd team?! Was that phoned in by Larry Scott?

Usually I don't care too much about these things, but there's no way he wasn't the best WR in the conference this year, especially during conference play.

That list is trash. Seems like a lot of picks made based on reputation rather than merit.

You forgot drops. Mitchell was the most consistent WR for the Ducks but if he were on any other team he'd lead them in dropped passes.

Yeah this is absolutely a joke. Teams would key on him because we had no one else, and he still dominated.

Definitely built on reputation.. The one that worked in our favor, Jalen Jelks, I didn't think he had a first-team worthy season.

I am ok with Mitchell being 2nd team. Those top 4 of Harry, Arcega-Whiteside, Shenault, and Mitchell they all balled this year, and in my opinion its hard to argue for or against either. To me they all were worthy of first team. Yes it sucks Mitchell is on the outside looking in but, its not like he got passed over for someone like Aaron Fuller or Britain Covey.

Justin Hollins being honorable mention is an absolute joke. He should've been 1st team.

Think Throckmorton and Lemieux should've gotten 1st team OL (especially since there are 6 spots!! lol).. Throckmorton not even being on the second team is corny.

Interesting herb didn't even get honorable mention. I get he wasn't worthy of 1st or 2nd team, but no HM?? (maybe that's like a votes received thing, idk, but even flutterball browning got honorable mention)

Looking forward to my guy fatmac to making 1st team next year tho.
