I'm honestly not jumping up and down over this game. Herbert has all day to throw against an inferior defensive line, and Nevada's secondary clearly lacks elite speed. I don't think we'll learn much more about the actual abilities of this team until we play Stanford.

That said... this is exactly the kind of win this team needed after last week's loss. Everyone's getting involved, they're clearly having fun, and so far nobody has been injured.

Enjoying this game a lot! Feels like the coaches may have figured out the defense finally we’ll just have to wait and see how they do against good competition.

Seriously, I wonder if Auburn was the wakeup call MC needed to always go for the throat. For him to go for it on fourth down three times on a drive while up by 55-ish points seems like something he wouldn't have done last year.
