The fact the players love playing for Mario, backed up by both their words and their actions, is another reason to think Mario could potentially prove to be an elite head coach. He has a lot of the boxes checked already. How he handles the offense moving forward (hiring the right guy and letting them run the show without any handcuffs) is one of the few remaining question marks.

I was just reading somewhere about Saban and his ability to retain his top level draft eligible players is one of his best recruiting traits.
