Article re: look at Pac-10’s Games of the Year this Decade

So this is a fun little read and I like the idea of checking out the "games of the year" of the past decade...until you get to this stupidity...

It will come as no surprise that USC dominates the conversation.

At first I wasn't surprised, but then I looked at there picks and I counted and I was like WTF...


Oregon is 4 and 1 in the games

And USC is only 3 and 2 in there picks...Looks to me like Oregon Dominates.....


How pathetic that the person writing the article gives the benefit of the doubt to USC and doesn't even notice that the evidence they use to support their claim proves them wrong...AHHHHHH the insanity!

I think his point was the USC was playing in 6 of the games that at the time were billed as the game of the year. He's not talking about the outcome, in fact the point of the story is that most of the time games hyped as "Game of the Year" don't living up to the billing

Your right they were in 6 games with a record of 4 and 2 (not 3 and 2) but I would still say they were hardly dominant...

He didn't say they were dominant, he said they dominated the conversation. They played in 6 of the 9 games hyped as the game of the year, which isn't a surprise since they've won the conferene almost every year this decade. We've been the 2nd most successful program and we've played in 5 of the "Games of the Year". Sounds about right to me
