Joe Smith B- C D B B+ B
Ready now prospect. More of a rim protector. Scouts feel if he can finesse his offensive skill set, he can be a great addition. Smith is a good finisher. He can finish in transition well and dunk the ball. Still needs work on the jump shot. Smith is a talented rebounder due to good positioning. Despite his lack of strength, he plants his feet and attacks ball. Good potential

Antonio McDyess B C C B B B
Overall, McDyess seems to have a pretty good feel for the game. His variety of moves that he shows offensively and his ability to make occasional plays on both ends of the court. Amazing athleticism. Great jump shooter. All around defender. Good rebounder. Good potential

Kevin Garnett B C+ C C+ C+ A
Elite prospect out of high school. Teams wonder if he has the athleticism to play with the big boys. Still needs work on strength. Scouts love the fire Garnett plays with. Good rebounder. Solid shot blocker. All around scorer. KG is a solid shooter. He can shoot off movement or in catch-and-shoot scenarios. Amazing potential

Kurt Thomas C+ C C- C+ B- A
Great rebounder. Still has time to work on his free throw shooting. Good shot blocker. Good strength. He has an opportunity to make an impact on the defensive end fairly quickly. If his offensive game can take positive steps forward, he could be a really great player. Amazing potential

Gary Trent B C- C C+ B- B
Ready now player. Great inside scorer. Trent does not have a perfect track record when it comes to injury. Trent is stronger than most of the other prospects. His feel on the defensive glass is very strong. Good post defender. Good potential

Alan Henderson B- C- D+ B B+ C
Great athlete in this position's draft class which helped him overcome his short frame. All around defender who can guard anywhere on the court but is not excellent or great in one area. Good jump shot and solid rebounder. Average potential.

Mario Bennett C+ C- C- C+ C A
Elite prospect who can develop any number of ways for teams. Undersized PF or oversized SF? Mario can play both positions but needs to find a fit that suits him and develop there. Jack of all trades defensively and offensively but finding playing time in one position will be crucial to his development. Great potential.

Junior Burrough B+ C- C C+ B C
Elite inside scorer but consistency falls off outside the paint. Average post defender with very good rebounding skills. Average potential.

Erik Meek C C C B+ B C
Very good jump shooter but struggles under the basket. Very good shot blocker with good defense. Average potential.

Don Reid B C- D- B B- C
Can play both PF & SF but has deficiencies at both positions. Cant guard outside the paint and also lacks post defense for PF. Very good inside scorer and active on defense getting in the passing lanes. Average potential.
