From ESPN Scouts, inc.
According to Scouts the Ducks have the advantage at every position except WR, DL and DB.
In this article they mention Arizona's offense struggling against Cal's 3-4 defense. Although the Ducks primarily use a 4-3 D they have used a 3-4 package a few times this season so it will be interesting if Alliotti uses more 3-4 schemes. I am certain we will see a lot of blitz packages.
They also mention Kenny Rowe being a great matchup against Arizona's LOT Mike Diaz. Hopefully Rowe gets a few sacks and good hits on Foles.
Scouts observation and prediction:
Oregon's offense is hitting on all cylinders and the Ducks will spread the Wildcats out with multiple receiver sets and allow James to exploit wide creases against a Wildcats defensive front that has struggled to maintain gap control. Once the run game gets going it will create some big-play opportunities for Masoli through the air. Arizona will match the Ducks offensive production for a while but Oregon will eventually get pressure on Foles and force some turnovers. The Ducks will dominate the game late and pull away to keep their Pac-10 title hopes alive.
Prediction: Ducks 42, Wildcats 31
