So if a guy is rated C A scoring, he is less likely to take shot than if he was even C+ A-

Yeah increasing jumping would be a start. Two long articles for +5 could get you to 70 jumping and a jump in letter grade

Also in FBB the more you know, the less it makes any sense lol

Inside, then jump shot and 3 pt shooting. Also a low passing stat means the ball is less likely so leave his hands and so he shoots more. (Think Zach Randolph)
