2 wins over the Bulls. Horrible last 2 sims, went from front-runner for #1 to 3rd.

Crazy how many teams tanking for LeBron. Maybe 10 now. At least 13 by time comes.

Reason I didn’t want to be one of them.

Yeah I love me some LeBron, but a combination of timing of my rejoining the league plus seeing this happening for the last 2-3 seasons already (and counting) has been a turnoff tbh.

You got nice team. Tmac was the start. Getting Kobe was great. I don’t know though, I’d still prefer Iverson. Honestly I feel like he’s the best player right now. Penny 2.0

1-2 with a win over the Jazz.

Derek Anderson with a fantastic 32.0/3.3/5.3/2.0/1.0 on .500/.958/.412 splits.

Kwame had probably his best sim all season. 25.3 MPG, 9.3/5.3/2.7/0.7/2.0 with 1.0 TOPG and a 47.1 FG%.

Lol I know I do. What I'm saying is as much as I'd have loved LeBron, I didn't want to tank for 3-4 seasons; plus, the timing of when I rejoined made it so that by now I'd have a competitive team.

As for AI, he's definitely better right now, I agree. But a big part of the fun for me is building the team I want. Definitely preferred Kobe-TMac-Dirk rather than AI-TMac-Dirk from a nostalgia standpoint.

Neither did I....
Unfortunately I had to re-set my team 2 years ago, and then I struck out on FA, AND my best player took less money somewhere else, so I'm kinda stuck in the tank race.

I didn't want to tank either, but I can't see to get any trades done like other teams are to improve my roster.

Because half the league is tanking, that means half the league is competing. Ergo, tanking teams don't want to trade their assets, and competing teams will only trade their assets if it means getting better win-now assets. Ugly cycle to be in until more teams decide to compete.

And of the competing teams no one really has large expiring contracts to use as fillers for trades
