Re: When
Well they hired Kellen Moore who was supposed to be a home run hire. Mike Williams WR has been injured.
And the new scapegoat seems to be Herbert. People saying he's not worth the contract and when the 4th quarter comes, he melts.

Re: When
The Chargers are a terrible organization and had issues long before Herbert. Spanos tries to hire coaches off the clearance rack and wonders why they struggle.

What’s has Harbaugh ever shown to make anyone want him with Herbert? He runs a 90s offense. Wish they would have hired Petersen instead of Staley, which was mistake 1. Not sure who is the next it coach, or a retread that is actually good, but Herbert deserves much better. And I’ve said from year 1, they need to get Hamilton back as OC/QB coach. He got the best out of Herbs.

Re: When
Again when will they get rid of him. The Chargers have THE worst record in the NFL the last three years in games decided by a touchdown or less. Coincidence? I don't believe in them. Justing played his ass off and again, they lost in the last seconds.
