But Chip's whole point is the history of your institution and those that came before you. He is correct in building an iconic football program and getting recruits, you must show the history. This is why Notre Dame always recruits so well - it sure ain't because they win!!!
Throwbacks would show respect and from whence we came. It would be a nice touch.
But Notre Dame has a history and tradition of winning. The Ducks .... not so much.
Green practice helmets for the Ducks today. If they're going to wear carbon fiber this season, seems it'll wait for the bowl game.

We should NOT wear black! It's getting overdone! I could care less about the whole Black is OSU's color issue, I just feel like we have been wearing black a little too often lately....it would be nice to see them in our traditional colors.

That is an awful combo. There are just too many different shades of green and yellow in that combo. I don't think they should mess with the throwbacks and keep them the way they are. The throwbacks would look somewhat odd with the new logo on them.
