According to Crepea, when accounting for HS commits and players transferring, we're still +6 over the limit at 91 players.

This is what I saw from Thamel on ESPN about an hour ago. Gabriel is visiting Oregon this week. No confirmed commitment yet.

Oh, and it looks like DJU wants to return to the east. He has interest from Louisville, Florida State and Mississippi State.

Texas A&M defensive lineman and former five-star recruit LT Overton plans to enter the transfer portal, 247Sports reports. Ranked as the No. 17 overall prospect in the 2022 class by 247Sports, Overton originally chose the Aggies over Oklahoma, Georgia, Oregon and a host of other offers.
Overton recorded 31 tackles (six solo) for the Aggies in 2023. He has one career sack during his two seasons with Texas A&M. According to 247Sports, Overton's older brother Micaiah also plans to enter the portal. He originally signed with Liberty, but transferred to Texas A&M last year to play with LT. Micaiah played in just one game during his two years at Texas A&M.
Think we will be interested in a package deal?

I was hopeful NIL could bring him back because he seems like a Day 3 guy right now and after watching Dorlus go from a Day 3 guy last year to possibly late 1st/2nd round there's a good incentive for him to return.

Keeping Burch is important because we're losing a good amount of experience on the line. We have some serious freshman talent, but having him another year is bigtime.

Waiting for official announcement, but Lanning and Burch both posted pics of Burch in the Oregon uni.

I wonder how much of it also coincides with getting their Draft Review back.

It makes sense. Dorlus used his final year to boost his draft stock, Burch probably took notice of that and wants to do the same.

Probably a lot. I haven’t seen him on any 3 round mocks. So staying another year he can make as much as he would as a 4-5th round pick, get lots of PT and be a late 1 or 2rd pick instead.

DL Tevita Pome'e is leaving. Not surprising with all the DL they have as well as bringing in.
