I think if you really want it to, then you can ask the administrators, like if you had something ridiculous like 1,000 posts, but I don't think it really matters, a fresh start for everyone!

Just means that I have to contribute more, but my opinions are usually already posted by someone else so I really wouldn't add anything if I just posted to boost my post count.

I don't think it really matters. A lot of the names are recognized anyway. A lot of the posters that posted a lot over there will post a lot here.

Post counts are overrated anyway. Quality over quantity should always be the goal for an interesting board member.
Hey, I just inflated my post count with a beyond obvious and banal observation! Maybe after a few thousand more of these I can lord my post count over clueless noobs.
