We will be holding a Sunday night chat at 9:30. I might run a tad late and get there around 9:45 as I have prior arrangements but with the importance of this weekend I felt its best to hold a chat tonight.

Someone should record notes (or minutes, as they are sometimes called in cases like these) of every chat and post them as an announcement until the next one is held.

I would volunteer myself, but I can almost never make Wednesday night chats as I have practice in the evenings.
