I am sorry to even throw this out. But I was at work and someone told me that LaMicheal had been arrested at 3:00am this morning in Springfield on Domestic Violence charges, including Strangulation, assault, and menacing. If someone knows for sure please tell me this isn't so.

Springfield, Ore. -- Another Oregon Duck football player gets into trouble. University of Oregon Running Back LaMichael James has been arrested for domestic violence by Springfield Police. He was booked at the Lane County Jail just before three o'clock Wednesday morning.

The Lane County Sheriff's Office website lists James' charges as strangulation, assault-4 and menacing

same as with Beard, my wife who is in her last two months of law school said without a record that assault 4 generally ends in a fine or very minimal community service. Either way Chip has to get some control over this team in the offseason, way to much has gone on and we arent even half way through the offseason
