They had Nick Barnett at the stadium for some presentation pregame, so he could've certainly done it. I was thinking Jacoby Ellsbury would show up.
I got my sign on TV quite a bit, place was packed but I got both sides on screen, usually just left of Desmond's shoulder or right behind Fowler's head.
