Re: Tajh Boyd
Any more news, you would think if he was going to announce tomorrow a press conference would have been called?
If one was called does any one know the time

I don't feel one bit sorry for them. We were in those shoes last year with Pryor.buckmarkduck wrote:I don't know how many people remember but tOSU fans and media were pissed when Hairston choice UO over osu and I imagine it will be the same sour grapes if Boyd does indeed choice to be a Duck.

Exactly. I have been dreaming of the day when tOSU, USC, Florida, etc...are bummed that they lost the prized recruits to us.RanDux wrote:I don't feel one bit sorry for them. It's not as if any of these schools are hurting for a recruit like Tahj anyways.

I don't want to sound critical about Tajh. He seems like a great kid from most of the articles written about him but.... does anyone else think it is a little primma donna like to hold a press conference for your commitment? I mean this kid has already committed to two different school and backed out. just saying...

Exactly. There was someone joking last year that the second best team in the Pac-10 was USC's second string...Duckn'Run wrote:It's not as if any of these schools are hurting for a recruit like Tahj anyways.

Oh, I won't feel bad in anyway shape or form, of course it will be worth a good laugh especially when the stupid media in Columbus starts taking pot shots at UO again and building themselves up as gods own football team. I believe the last time one of the sports guys from Ohio wrote pretty much that UO was nothing in B-ball and pretty much accused UO of cheating. I expect the same type of BS from them again.

I can't wait for the storm in Columbus. Nothing better than an angrty group of *uckeyes. We are like the annoying little brother, who is growing bigger and might finally be able to beat up the older brother. Bad apology, but the point is there.

He's a significantly bigger prospect since his AA performance and is one of the last remaining big name recruits (I'm surprised Rivals didn't bump him to a 5*).dougall5505 wrote:I don't want to sound critical about Tajh. Do we know for sure that there will be a press conference? I know its been posted, but there's no mention of it anywhere that I can find.

We think there will be, but not 100% sure. Still waiting for some sort of confirmation.SurfDuck wrote:Do we know for sure that there will be a press conference? I know its been posted, but there's no mention of it anywhere that I can find.
