someone help me!!
wasn't there a practice or something today? where ar all my updates,I have days off in the middle of the week and work weird hours.(I work in a prison so my schedule changes all the time) most of the time this blog and the gym are the only thing I have to do after work.(I know lame right?)So I ask again where are all of my practice updates that i jones for so much?

Scout had a piece, but it's only for insiders. Pretty much the same stuff: Holland is looking great. Masoli is still shaky. And Alston has been impressive this week.

I was at some of the fall practices and scrimmages during Alston's first year at Oregon. Out of all the RB's those days, Alston stood out for his shiftiness and ability to run in the hole. I don't think he has breakaway speed, but he is strong and sees the hole relatively well. If he is truly over his injury from last year, he'll get quite a few yards for us this year. I've always liked how he runs. He's also not affraid to smash head-on into defenders at the point of contact, which I also like.
